www.the-emc.co.uk is a Site operated by WFLCT Ltd c/0 1Life Management Solutions Ltd (“We”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 2566586 and have our registered office at LDH House, St. Ives Business Park, Parsons Green, St. Ives, Cambridgeshire, PE27 4AA. We are a limited company.
3) Ticket Sales
By purchasing a ticket by telephone, over the counter, via the website, or via an agency, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of sale.
Tickets are sold by Wellbeing Fitness and Leisure Community Trust Limited, registered number RS007784 whose registered office is C/O McTaggarts Solicitors, 36 Park Place, Cardiff CF10 3BB.
We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised programme or casting where unavoidable.
Tickets are offered subject to availability. Please check your tickets carefully as mistakes can’t always be rectified after the event.
All discounts & concessions are offered subject to availability on a limited allocation basis.
Discounts can’t be combined with other offers, or applied retrospectively, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Tickets are sold for use by the buyer only (and their party) and are not for resale for commercial gain by the holder. We reserve the right to cancel tickets & refuse entry should we have reason to believe this condition has not been respected
Ticket fees are up to £3
Please note the booking fee & transaction fee are non-refundable under any circumstances; this includes a cancellation of a show
Discounts and concessions:
All discounts are subject to availability, retrospective discounts cannot be given and only one discount can be claimed per ticket. You may be asked for proof of your discount eligibility. Unless otherwise state on individual show information, discounts apply as per the following;
Senior Citizens, Children (under 16), Students & Disabled, unless otherwise stated.
Reserved tickets will be released for re-sale after 4 days or up to 45 minutes before the performance, whichever is sooner. Extended reservation periods are available for groups of 10+.
When you book for the first time your details will be stored on our Box Office system for 18 months from the last booking made and will not be passed to third parties without your consent. If you would at any time like to be removed from our mailing list please call the Box Office or email email@example.com
Conditions of sale:
We will ‘exchange’ tickets for another performance to the same value or give a credit note to redeem against a show in the future. A handling fee of 10% of the total ticket price will be charged for this service and tickets must be exchanged at least 7 days prior to the performance date.
The ‘no refunds policy’ remains the same; patrons are requested to check their tickets at the time of purchase. Tickets for sell-out shows may be accepted by the Box Office for resale on behalf of the customer but no responsibility is accepted nor sale guaranteed. Any tickets sold on will be given a credit note to redeem against a show in the future less £1 per ticket.
Please note the booking fee and transaction fee are non-refundable under any circumstances; this includes the cancellation of a show.

Access to our Site is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. If you are under 18 years of age you cannot enter into transactions using this Website.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our Site, of our entire Site, to users who have registered with us.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
Only use the website for lawful purposes and in manner which does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the website
Use reasonable skill and care in using the website

You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Website, may involve ( transmissions over various networks; and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
In the interests of all our users, we will co-operate with investigations by any law enforcement or relevant authorities of suspected criminal activity or violation of systems or network.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
Our visual identity and logo are trademarks, the “1Life” logo being a registered trade mark. You are not permitted to use or reproduce or allow anyone else to use or reproduce these trademarks for any reason, unless otherwise expressly stated within these terms and conditions.
Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trade mark, patent, design right or copyright of us, or any other third party.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our Site.

Our status as the authors of material on our Site must always be acknowledged.
