We meet at the EMC on the 3rd Wednesday of each month except December and August.  Stimulating lectures cover an eclectic mix of subjects related to the arts. Our lecturers are experts in their field, hand picked by a panel at our parent body The Arts Society’s national headquarters. Study days in smaller venues provide greater depth and involvement. We also organise visits to galleries and museums and longer guided tours.

The Ballet HILIT (High Intensity, Low Impact training) workout embraces the athleticism of ballet and will your get your heart pumping and increase your stamina without the usual impact on your joints from traditional cardio exercise.
